NAEYC's Annual Conference & Expo is the largest gathering of early childhood educators in the world, and a unique opportunity to reach out to leading teachers and directors of programs for children from birth through third grade.

There are millions of children in early education programs—from preschool and child care to the early elementary grades. If you're interested in connecting with the teachers and directors of those programs, Dallas is the place to be in November 2008!

Booths reserved by March 1, 2008, are $9.95 per square foot; corner booths, where there is cross-traffic, are an additional $250.00 per corner. After March 1, 2008, all booths are $10.25 per square foot; corner booths, where there is cross-traffic, are an additional $250.00 per corner. All booths will be sold in increments of 10’ x 10’ units and will be configured in peninsula, island, or in-line booth spaces.

Deadline: Booth space reservations must be received by August 15, 2008.  

Exhibit Rates:
$600: Small, non-profit organizations and minority-owned business                        
$800: Corporations, government agencies, and large national non-profit organizations 
$100: Additional for each corner   

Booth Fee Includes:

-10'x10' booth, 8' skirted table, two chairs and a wastebasket
-2 complimentary "Workshop Only" registrations 
-Access to all Annual Conference workshops, not including pre-conference seminars 
-A booth identification sign 
-General lighting and overnight security 
-A one-time usage of the attendee list

Payment: Full payment  or an organizational voucher, payable to NBCDI, must be mailed with commitment form before August 15, 2008. After August 15, only credit cards and cashier's checks are accepted.

Assignment: Exhibit space will be assigned based on order of receipt of full payment.  NBCDI reserves the right to reassign booth space to avoid conflict of displays or products.

Cancellation of Space:Cancellation notices received in writing on or before August 15, 2008 will be refunded less a 20% administrative fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after August 15, 2008.
